Mike helped established LI Diesel Guys in 2021 with a vision to build Long Island's premier destination for diesel truck expertise and service. Drawing on more than two decades of industry experience, Mike has assembled a team dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and personalized attention to every customer who walks through the door.

Giorgio Guidi brings operational expertise as COO, having partnered with Mike and Jon to unite the business with The LEARN Center, our sister company. This strategic alignment combines our heavy equipment repair shop with a premier operator training facility, creating synergies that enhance both operations and position us for future growth in the heavy equipment sector.

Pete joined LI Diesel Guys in 2026 to spearhead our expansion into heavy-duty service. With over 20 years of hands-on technical expertise, he leads our full-service repair operations for trucks and equipment. Pete has proven himself an invaluable member of the team from day one.

Sean joined LI Diesel Guys in 2021 as an apprentice and quickly proved himself as a cornerstone of our team. With a genuine passion for diesel mechanics, he consistently delivers exceptional service and expertise to every customer who walks through our doors.
